For some time now, there has been an obvious need for Racwa to develop a Strategic Plan- a plan that will provide Racwa with a core direction for the next five years.

We are pleased to advise that we now have the first draft available for members to review.

Background

After agreeing on the need to prepare a Strategic Plan, the Racwa Committee arranged a workshop in late January 2009 to work out the broad framework of the plan.
This plan was then reviewed and, based on feedback from the Committee, fine tuned into the current draft version.

This is your chance to have some input into the direction of your Club.

Please take the time to read the document, digest it, and provide us with your feedback.
This document represents the future plans of your Club so please get involved.

The Next Steps

Based on the feedback we receive, we will draft a final version which will once again be made available to members via email and our website.

We will then call a meeting of members to provide a forum for additional information, feedback and discussion.
